Witness the appearance of EXACT™, a forged magnesium wheel in which extreme strength and ultimate lightness have been combined to form this masterpiece by ADVANTAGE.
Magnesium is a lightweight material and its only drawback is its durability against rust. EXACT™ utilizes a billet duralumin bearing, just one of the designs incorporated to minimize rust. Choose from a line up of 5 different types and 2 standard colors.

These products have been tested at large manufacturers laboratories and have passed the strictest of standards.

Wheel Rim

The wheel rim is spun, hot-rolled and then die-forged. This process increases the strength of the rim. The shape of the contact surface between the rim and the tire is a perfect arc.

Series Spec.

Type-GP compatible motorcycles are vehicles which do not have a speedometer gear on the front wheel, or are just pure racing machines. Type GP -1 utilizes the floating brake system on the rear brake.

Large ETC bore

For motorcycles with large ETC bores, there is an adapter to attach a standard disc. You can attach all kinds of discs.

Finish

The wheel is is finished with a special rust preventive processing and a powder coating. Standard colors are star dust silver or gun metallic silver. Other colors are available by order.

COMPONENTS

• HUB BOLT

  A hardening process which utilizes chromium molybdenum steel (SMSC) has been used on the hub bolt to increase durability. The bolt is equipped with an O ring to prevent the sprocket-hub from slipping out of the wheel.

• WHEEL HUB

  The wheel hub is fully designed to meet the needs of today's high powered motorcycles.

• SPROCKET SHOCK DUMPER

  The shock damper is the same rubber damper that SHOWA Suspension utilizes and is of the highest quality. The enlarged damper rubber has at least 50% more volume than conventional products. (ADVANTAGE product comparison)

• SPROCKET CARRIER

  The sprocket carrier is made of hard anodized A2017 alloy.
  Twin bearings are used for the sprocket carrier in order to decentralize the large G load generated in the direction of the slide. With this system, load processing is more efficient than the with conventional sprocket carriers.

• BEARING HOLDER / DISC ROTOR CARRIER

  Magnesium is known to corrode quickly when it comes into contact with iron.
  EXACT™ manufactures a bearing holder with duralumin to eliminate this problem. The bearing holder is processed to prevent the corrosion of magnesium.

• DISC ROTOR with WEEL BEARING (Type X-F, F-1, GP-1)

  Wheel bearings have been incorporated in the Type XF, F-1, and GP-1 disc hubs. Placing the wheel bearing as close to the outside as possible, allows for the use of a large axle shaft. This will greatly reduce the weight of the wheel assembly, and improve handling.

• REAR DISC (Type RS and Type F-1):

  Rear disc plates for the Type RS and F1 utilize a pin bolt type solid floating disk.

• SPROCKET

  The sprocket is a specialized design by ADVANTAGE. Known for AFAM's excellence in high performance, Advantage took AFAM's Type-2 and made it ultra light without compromising strength. It has 20-micron hard anodized processing for added durability. Sprockets come in standard sizes. Custom orders are available.
